Dave Sikora is the Business Development Director for the Modular Building Institute. Although he has been in this industry for about 9 years, this was a new and different journey in his path to success. Prior to entering the industry of modular construction, he was in the golfing industry and also had a background in marketing.
In his role as the Business Development Director, Sikora prioritizes connecting manufacturers together with owners and developers to create the best experience for both parties. He encourages everyone in the industry to build relationships with another. It's important to do so because new people coming in can gain valuable information from people who've been involved longer.
