John and his team are a commercial real estate development and brokerage firm Office Building Brokers. They specialize in the development of mixed-use buildings of office, condo, apartment, retail, and/or medical in the city's core area. As brokers, they lease office and industrial buildings for private property owners to public and private institutions.
Specializing in the office and industrial property types and we focus on the city core
area, not necessarily all over the state. They are skilled in dealing with government
agencies and their specific requirements and processes.
